2015
The beginning.
Wealth management had become too complex for the people it was supposed to serve. Arvind left to simplify it. No fund, no office, no product. Just honest research and people who trusted him. That was Niveshaay.
2017
A formal shape.
SEBI-registered. Vikram and Gunjan joined as co-founders. Research process, client relationships, culture — built from scratch, entirely in Surat.
2019
Into unlisted territory.
The research kept leading us to founders not yet listed. We followed the conviction into unlisted territory. That became Niveshaay’s private equity practice.
2021
Opened to many.
Equity baskets launched. Research opened to retail investors for the first time via smallcase. The team grew. So did the community.
2024
Earned the mandate.
Two AIFs launched. Three portfolio companies listed. Not because AIFs were trending. Because a decade of doing this seriously had earned that mandate.
